GMVA - SpikeZone

Come along to get a taste of what volleyball is and how much FUN it can be.

Training will cover a range of skills that you will learn and we do some modified games with SpikeZone Play to put your new skills into action. You should expect a physical and FUN training to become your best.

SpikeZone Play is how we finish each session, for about 30 minutes. We have different types of modified games, 2 on 2, 3 on 3 up to 6 on 6. With 1, 2 or 3 touches depending on the goal of the drill.

This Program is aimed at Primary School to Year 7 boys and girls.
